I have noticed the weakness of this alliance's power rating compared to local powers, and the lack of cooperation and teamwork in some areas of the alliance. We are spread thin and have too many inactives who have not even exited the stone age. I, Imperator Ferrum Princeps of the FCI hereby issue new reforms to ensure that we rise to become *the* empire in this game, and in many other games with clans and pvp.

Inactives are going to be an issue for the growth of the FCI, to prevent this every month on the first day (or later a few days if I cannot get on that day) there will be an activity roll call alliance mass PM, reply to it within a week to show you are active, also you must be 20,000+ power and a non-default governor name(grace period for governor name until this monday) to be in the alliance now, but if you reply to this message within a day or two to show you are active and improving your power you will be exempt

The alliance ranks will be reformed also, R1 will be recuns (traditional FCI rank for RECruitUNtrained), once the alliance members receive basic training they will be promoted to R2 which will be the prinowes (traditional FCI rank for trained professional soldiers), R3 will be junior officer and given to alliance members with leadership potential, R4 as the game says is officer and will be given to the well trained junior officers, R4 members who do well will be handpicked to lead their own FCI colony and become R5 of their colony and take orders from high command

I have noticed that only ~15 of the 50 alliance members follow orders readily, and for the FCI to become the roman empire of the digital world we must have disipline and loyalty, like the roman legions (within reason of course, do not jump off a cliff if a currupt officer tells you to, and if something like that ever happens although it was an extreme example report the currupt officer to me with proof via PM), we shall hold regular drills and trainings to ensure that our iron disipline shall strike fear into the hearts of the enemy alliances

The FCI discord/forum was a vital asset to our success in other games, and I hope it is not ignored here, if you are allowed to get discord (it id free and has a no download required browser version for PC, and it has mobile apps for android and apple) if you already have it I strongly recommend you go to the FCI discord linked in our alliance desc and check it reasonably often as it is much easier to use then alliance chat and mass mail imo and is less isolated from the greater FCI, also you will be able to vote in our senate channel there (btw we mainly use text chat in the FCI discord)

\\n4. We need to work together as a team, as I say "United we stand, like a mighty brick wall", we must have more teamwork and the leadership must help with that, with teamwork, disipline, and my next reform point, tactics, we will be nearly undefeatable.

\\n5. We must be more tactical and strategic, I recommend searching youtube channels such as: Historia Civilis, Bazbattles, and Kings and Generals. I recommend watching their videos on ancient battles and tactics to get a greater understanding of strategy and tactics, and thinking like the great ancient generals in your strategies.

We have become too spread thin among the map, we must all have our cities inside of our alliance territory to ensure that we are a stone wall, not a wooden fence, also when we research the alliance techs you will have buffs inside our territory, and the resource gathering buff inside our territory does not need a tech.

\\n7. If we are to be an unstoppable flood we need recruitment power, I strongly recommend you recruit active people to the alliance and the discord, even when our alliance member cap is full the discord does not get full and the members can be transfered to suballiances

If we are a one empire, one alliance empire then we will run out of member space quickly when the mass recruitment techniques kick in, so I have come of with a system to regionalize the FCI power on the map, with each FCI sister alliance being based in a providence on the map, similar to states in the US, this alliance we are in right now will be the capital

If we are to truly set ourselves apart from the other alliances and rule, we must have a research and development team stationed in our discord, which will have a few members in each suballiance. This team will think up new strategies, tactics, methods, and creative solutions for problems in the alliance. Eg. The research and development team could be tasked to find a new recruitment method that could be applied to give our manpower a massive boost.

\n10. Each alliance structure and city must have a sufficient garrison at all times, preferably led by good defensive generals, as to ensure no easy pickings for enemy armies

\n11. We shall grow and colonize new lands with our suballiances and expeditionary force commanders, but before we invade a new land it is best to do sufficient scouting and recon. We will not even have to stop at this game, we shall expand our grand alliance to many other games, though to rule a suballiance/colony you must be active on the FCI discord to ensure that we do not loose contact with an entire providence.
